An introduction to the experimental and theoretical research of spin dynamics in the critical region of a 3D (weakly anisotropic) Heisenberg ferromagnet is presented. Nuclear spin lattice relaxation times $(T_{1}$) which have been measured in $Rb_{2}CuBr.2H_{2}ORb_{2}CuBr_{4}.2H_{2}$ for $T>T_{c}$, B=0, are described with a phenomenological model for the spin correlation functions. The temperature dependence as well as the absolute values of $T_{1}$ are described very well by this (hydrodynamic) model. The small anisotropy in the exchange interaction is found to determine strongly the dynamic behaviour near $T_{c}$. |
