Description	Journal: Physics World Seventy radio astronomers from ten nations have agreed that building a next-generation radio telescope will be technically feasible by 2005. The astronomers, meeting in Sydney Australia, last month, also agreed to come up with technical specifications for the telescope within a year. They will then have to decide where to build the telescope and which design to choose.
