Description	Journal: Iop Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science Preface The 2018 3rd International Conference on Sustainable (ICSC 2018) cities was successfully held on May 18, 2018 in Moscow, Russia. The conference is devoted to new technologies that enable sustainable cities development and promote a stable, comfortable, modern space for life. There were 3 major sections of the scientific track of the conference: - Strategic frontiers in sustainable city development - Transportation for sustainable cities - Green technologies for sustainable business - New energy solutions for sustainable development of modern cities This volume of IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES) is a compilation of the accepted papers in ICSC 2018 and represents contributions that were presented in the conference. This year we had experienced significant increase in the number of submitted for the review quality papers and only 41 of them where accepted for the oral or poster presentation.
