| Description | Journal: Laser Physics This paper reports the experimental and calculation research of the development of the remote laser-induced fluorescence method for the detection of$ ^{129}$I and$ ^{127}$I molecular iodine isotopologues in atmospheric air in real time. As an excitation source we used a frequency-doubled neodymium laser (~532 nm). We estimated the sensitivity of$ ^{127}I^{129}$I and$ $^{129}$I_{2}$ detection in the atmosphere. Detection sensitivity of molecular iodine is 4 $10^{13}$ $cm^{−3}$ for a sensing distance of 6 km. |
