Most of the relevant knowledge that exists in radiation chemistry on liquids showing fast electron conduction is briefly collected and the appropriate theoretical models are summarized. Finally, the work of research and development in the field of this new detector technique is reviewed and its applicability in future experimental detectors briefly examined. |
