| Description | Journal: Iop Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering The article deals with the issue of application of industrial robots with electrical spindles for machining edges of V95pchT2 aluminum alloy and VT-20 titanium alloy parts using 3M Scotch-Brite™ BD-ZB P50, P80 and P120 abrasive brushes. The influence of rotation frequency, brush deformation and supply on machining performance (edge sizes) and surface quality (positioning and roughness) was identified. Mathematical dependences based on experimental data are presented. |
