Based on the understanding of water resources scheduling by many scholars, this paper summarizes the definition of water resources scheduling and puts forward the theoretical basis of water resources scheduling, including the system framework and key technologies. Finally, the development trends and research hotspots of water resources scheduling are forecasted. |
