NDLI: Instrumental response time corrections in fluorescence decay measurements

Description	Journal: Journal of Physics E: Scientific Instruments The various methods available for correction of fluorescence decay time measurements are discussed. It is suggested that the most appropriate method to eliminate instrumental response is an analytic procedure based on the use of Fourier transforms. Approximate solutions are shown to be unsatisfactory in decay time analysis.
