| Description | Journal: Journal of Physics B: Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics A time-dependent lattice method is used to calculate state selective charge transfer cross sections in O+8 collisions with H and He atoms at incident energies of 1.00, 4.00, and 8.18 keV/amu. Using standard radiative transitions, Lyman(Beta/Alpha), Lyman (Gamma/Alpha), and Lyman(Delta/Alpha) line ratios are calculated using time-dependent lattice capture cross sections for both H and He. The line ratios for He are found to be in good agreement with direct experimental measurements at 3.11 keV/amu. |
