| Description | We organize this paper as follows. In section 2, we improve the language proposed by Chen et al in [20] to a dynamic real-time Web service language. In section 3, we consider the quantification of real-time service trustworthinesses and discuss the 1 INTRODUCTION Recently, Web services and Web-based applications become much more important in information systems.
