| Description | Journal: Acta Oto-Laryngologica Galvanic polarization was applied to 20 adult spinalized cats in order to study the interplay between the two labyrinths during different stimulation conditions. The results have shown that it is the difference in activity between the two reflex arcs which determines the direction and intensity of the reaction i.e., the vestibular reflex arcs function in the same way as a differential amplifier. |
