Description	Journal: Acta Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica On the basis of two new cases of uterine bizarre leiomyoma and a short review of the literature, the clinical aspects and pathology of this neoplasm are described. The problems of classifying atypical smooth muscle tumors and predicting malignancy according to morphologic criteria are discussed. The need to follow-up these patients is emphasized.
