In the modern paradigm of wireless communication, thousands of smart wireless devices communicate with each other uninterruptedly and IoT plays an important role in these communication networks. The design of efficient hardware plays a major role in wireless applications in addition to sophisticated communication protocols. The antenna is an essential hardware module at the front end of every wireless communication module. The antennas that are designed to suite IoT applications systems must meet the specific requirements. A miniaturized antenna with energy efficient design having the ability to function in multiplexing environment is preferred among various designs.
