| Description | Journal: The Journal of Hospitality Financial Management This study was conducted to determine the 1991 annual earnings of hospitality financial management educators. Seventy percent of AHFME's members responded. Annual base salaries ranged from $23,500 to $80,250. The lowest paid members are instructors while the highest paid members are full professors. Most respondents supplement their base salaries by teaching during summer school and conducting consulting. The total annual earnings of members ranged from $39,420 to $151,250. Hospitality financial management educators appear to be more highly compensated than hospitality educators, in general, and hospitality financial managers. |
