| Description | A cable-stayed bridge across the Yangtze River, due to its weak stiffness matching and large proportion of heavy traffic, has a large number of fatigue cracks after many years of operation, with a maximum of more than 10000 cracks. In 2018, ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) was used to reconstruct the bridge deck. In this paper, the stress of steel beam and UHPC composite deck structure was analyzed and compared, and the model was verified. The research shows that after the original orthotropic slab was reconstructed by UHPC composite deck structure, the main fatigue detail stress amplitude was greatly reduced, and the fatigue stress amplitude at the crack was effectively controlled After the steel plate is strengthened, the bottom bearing capacity of UHPC fully meets the load requirements.
