| Description | The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of success itself, risk tolerance, freedom of work, need for achievement, and the readiness of the instrumentation in Bandung on students who wish to become entrepreneurial. Types of data used are primary data. The method of the research was a survey with an inductive analysis approach to looking at ways that are generally used in tested factors influencing students' desire to become entrepreneurs. The method of data collection was using a questionnaire with the number of respondents being as many as 100 people. The sampling techniques used were simple random techniques (Random Sampling Method). The data were processed and analyzed by using SPSS application assistance. Analytical tools used in this study included testing the validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of self-success, freedom of work, and the need for achievement are dominant variables affect the desire of the students in Bandung to become entrepreneurs.
