Description	The reform of physical education in universities includes many aspects, such as the ideas and models, prospects for development and the culture of physical education. The reform of education system is a vital power to facilitate the development of physical education and an important support for the physical education teaching in universities. Promoting of physical education qualities in universities to guarantee good teaching effects inevitably needs to have the aid of scientific and reasonable education system reform [1]. In general, there are two parts in the reform of physical education: one is to let students command more knowledge about physical education and then enhance students' sporting abilities and strengthen their sporting qualities, meeting the basic criteria of physical education in universities; the other part refers to the spiritual aspect, which allows students to feel the charm of physical education so as to form positive spirits and good mentality, encouraging them to establish good sporting spirits and meeting the criteria of comprehensive thinking education in universities.
