| Description | In this chapter, constructivist team coaching is explored. Constructivist team coaching is based on the idea of a team as an inquiring community in its systemic context. How do we design constructivist team coaching programmes? What are the constructivist principles for designing key phases in a team coaching process? What are the ways of formulating, testing and revising team hypotheses? Constructivist tools for supporting team experiments are elaborated and compared. A variety of possible team experiments is introduced: in-session experiments, between-session experiments and “live coaching” experiments with the team.
