| Description | The existence question for Eq. (1.1) was addressed by Barbu [6]. (See also [1, 11] for more recent existence results when A or (and) B depend on time.) However, we are not aware of any study of the continuous dependence of solutions. Our investigation is partly motiveted by potential applications to homogenization [4, 8], and to the approximation and identification of systems governed by nonlinear Volterra equations. An approximation framework for the identification of an equation of the type (1.1) with B = I (identity) has been developed in [2]. Book Name: Volterra Equations and Applications |
