Description	Over the next few years, environmental issues associated with resource shortages will be the main concerns in all organizations' activities globally. Indeed, the greening of the economy is now necessary for sustainable development, while minimizing the negative impacts of economic progress on the sustainability of environmental resources. However, in contrast to the already fully deployed and growing importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in the practice of the real economy, these areas are still perceived as entirely new and quite insignificant in terms of “sustainability” and “greenness”.In the present study, the authors analyze the elements needed to promote innovation and green technologies in the context of sustainable entrepreneurship. This makes it possible to produce high quality goods and services with fewer natural resources and environmental disruptions. To do so, the authors hypothesize that KM serves as an advantage to the innovation process through organizational learning and knowledge absorption capacity. This enables the achievement of social, economic, and environmental sustainability within the framework of a sound sustainable development model and the transition to a green economy at lower cost.
