The activity of Metal/Carbon Nanocomposites in the different media is changed depending on the media polarity and dielectric penetration. IR and Raman spectra of finely dispersed suspensions of Metal/Carbon Nanocomposites demonstrate the change in the intensity in comparison with the pure medium. In IR spectra of suspensions the significant changes in the absorption intensity, especially in the regions of wave numbers close to the corresponding Nanocomposites oscillations, are observed. It is found that the effects of Nanocomposite influence on liquid media decreases with time and the activity of corresponding suspensions drops. Therefore the estimation of suspension stability (activity) as well as the suspension activation by ultrasound actions is proposed. At the same time the dependence of suspensions properties on the super small quantities of Nanocomposites is determined.
