| Description | This chapter examines several digital pedagogy projects across two online creative writing classrooms housed within an interdisciplinary degree program, B.A. Professional and Creative Writing. By examining this specific case, this chapter provides a unique perspective of the creative writing classroom as a truly integrative and interdisciplinary experience for students, which works to influence the disciplinary identity of both creative writing and professional writing. The pedagogical process studied includes a description of the interdisciplinary degree program, the pedagogical motivations and foundations of the two creative writing courses, and reflective commentary of the interdisciplinary and integrative aspects of the courses. This chapter challenges the assumption of pedagogical limitations in the online writing classroom by highlighting how critical-creative projects, such as autographies and audio essays, are made possible, in large part, by the online course modality.
