| Description | This chapter explains lean scientific canvas method (LSCM) to study the importance of female entrepreneurship in Mexico. It shows brief theoretical approach on the scientific method. The combination of the Scientific method and the lean canvas model (LCM) forms the LSCM as one of the leading research and business tools for modern corporations. The primary objective of the LSCM is to serve female entrepreneurs as an instrument to identify problems and to propose viable solutions to elaborate better business proposals and strategies. The chapter analyses both an LCM and the business model canvas (BMC) to know their origins, functions and purposes. It finds that both the BMC and the lean business model (LBM) are static planning tools to develop ideas for scientific research, and especially for dissertation proposals using an entrepreneurial mindset. The BMC is a gender-neutral conceptual approach, as it does not discriminate between men and women because they are equally treated. Book Name: Contextual Embeddedness of Women's Entrepreneurship |
