| Description | This research is based on school performance achievement problems that have not been optimal in Sukabumi District, West Java Province, Indonesia. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The research was conducted on 74 schools in Sukabumi District, with as many as 74 principals and 148 teachers as respondents. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded first that authentic leadership affects the performance of primary schools amounted by 55.1%. Second, that teacher participation in decision-making influences primary school performance by 59.7%. Third, that authentic leadership and teacher participation in decisionmaking affects the performance of primary schools by 67.6%, while the rest are influenced by other factors. The results showed that authentic leadership and teacher participation in decision-making had a simultaneous and significant influence on the performance of elementary schools in Sukabumi District.
