| Description | The paper presents a new method of rubber damper modeling. In this paper, the friction force element was used to describe the damping dependence of displacement amplitude, the fractional derivative model based on the standard linear solid model was used to describe the damping dependence of frequency. By the comparison with the experimental results, it shows that the newly proposed model can describe the dynamic characteristics of rubber damper better than the equivalent model, the standard linear solid model and the fractional derivative model based on the standard linear solid model.
