| Description | In 2012, the company carried out a corporate transformation for the sake of surviving and growing in the digital age. In addition to the business model, the corporate culture has also been changed. Due to a slowdown in the growth of the company's business performance and an increase in entropy of corporate culture, the company began implementing digital culture in 2016 to improve its performance and become a digital mastery. The company defines the values of digital culture as matters relating to agility, anticipation, creativity, innovation, experimentation, open thinking, and networking. The purpose of this research was to find out and analyze the effects of corporate transformation and digital culture on employee performance. Data were collected using questionnaires from 288 respondents out of a population of 855 employees. After analyzing the data using Path Analysis, the results revealed that the two variables of directly and indirectly affected employee performance. Book Name: Understanding Digital Industry |
