Description	The ATC/ATM (Air Traffic Control/Management) is the infrastructure component of air transport system together with to airports. As the system, it includes the airspace, traffic management and control facilities and equipment on the ground, space, and on board aircraft, and the ATC (Air Traffic Control) staff (ATC Controllers). This Chapter deals with analysis and modelling of the system's demand, capacity and quality of services, economics, and sustainability. Demand is represented by the number of aircraft/flights handled during given period of time while on their routes between origin and destination airports. The capacity is capability of the system's components - airspace and ATC controllers - for handling these flights under given conditions. Quality of services as an outcome from the relationship between demand and capacity is expressed by the aircraft/flight delays, horizontal and vertical in-efficiency and related costs, and safety.
