| Description | Development of the real estate industry promotes development of the local economy. In order to survive in fierce competition, real estate enterprises have changed from product and price competition to service competition. More and more enterprises are improving their potential by means of improving customer value, honesty, and service innovation to guarantee long-term development of the enterprises in the market. The present study investigated customers' perceived quality of service provided by real estate industries based on the SERVQUAL model, by adopting 5 aspects and 21 criteria as dependent variables. Through comparison of the weight of the factors by the analytic hierarchy process, the results of data analysis indicated what customers cared about and also suggested how real estate industries could improve management of the enterprise.
