Description	The implementation of innovation education and engineering quality education in bioengineering postgraduates is an important way to cultivate innovative bioengineering talents. In this paper, combined with the problems encountered in the teaching work, the reform and innovation of teaching content, teaching methods and means, and teaching evaluation system are proposed. The innovative teaching work of talent training in the teaching of bio-reaction engineering is explored, and the experience of reform and innovation summarized.
