| Description | The new industrial revolution, namely Industry 4.0 (I4.0) can be seen as the new industrial stage, where an integration between traditional manufacturing processes and information and communication technologies occur (Dalenogare et al. 2018). The term “Industry 4.0” was initially used in 2011 in the Hannover Fair, and announced officially in 2013 as the beginning of Fourth Industrial Revolution (Xu et al. 2018). As it has happened in all industrial revolutions so far, i.e., steam power in the first industrial revolution (Industry 1.0), electricity in the second industrial revolution (Industry 2.0), automation in the third industrial revolution (Industry 3.0); a new technology or concept triggers the new industrial revolution, and for the fourth industrial revolution, internet based technologies have the greatest impact (Lasi et al. 2014). Therefore, I4.0 can be defined as the integration and connection of virtual and real world through cyber physical systems (CPS) and Internet of Things (IoT), where smart objects communicate with each other constantly (Fatorachian and Kazemi 2018).
