| Description | This chapter investigates the correlation between job stress and Psychological Well-Being (PWB). The data were obtained using a job stress scale, PWB scale and a religious coping scale. Significant correlations were obtained between job stress and PWB, as well as between religious coping and PWB. The importance of PWB in the workplace is a main topic that has been growing for more than three decades, from the focus on the physical condition to that of the psychological conditions related to pressure in the workplace. In many ways, pressure in the workplace is also a positive thing and can be psychologically healthy, because it provides an opportunity for employees to experience a sense of challenge and achievement, which can both improve psychological well-being. Government employees are a key element of human resources, who have a role in determining the success of governance and development.
