| Description | Skin cancer is a severe disorder that develops due to the uncontrolled growth of abnormal skin cells. Detection of skin cancer at its early stages can improve the survival rate of patients. Various non-invasive, safe, and fast diagnostic techniques are being explored to identify this disease at its initial stage. This study proposes a cost-effective and remote screening method to investigate the possible detection of skin cancer. It highlights a sub-surface visualization methodology known as linear frequency modulated thermal wave imaging to diagnose different stages of skin cancer. Obtained numerical outcomes demonstrate the capabilities of the suggested scheme. Book Name: Computer-aided Design and Diagnosis Methods for Biomedical Applications |
