Description	The School joined the Principles for Responsible Management Education in order to demonstrate to others the importance of being part of a body that promotes corporate responsibility and sustainability. The School is fully committed to supporting a student-led experience via the Management Development Programme (MDP). However, this results in a significant level of coordination and oversight at both the class and the pathway level to ensure a high standard of student experience and to maximise the educational benefit to our students. The new MDP was designed to instil confidence and knowledge in students, develop critical skills, promote awareness of globalisation and ethical issues in personal and business decision-making, and provide the primary means for assurance of achieving those learning outcomes. The School and students benefit from the involvement of major employers and alumni from all sectors with the MDP, participating in group sessions, observing business presentations and providing constructive feedback for students.
