| Description | Universality allows social grouping to propose its own values as universal, they achieve universality if comparison confirms their generality. Globalisation is bringing about cultural transformations of various kinds on the regional level, some far-reaching and others less so. There is much talk of transforming mentalities and producing a 'new man' as the embodiment of a modern Morocco. In contrast to the bureaucratic administration of temporal society based on the concrete norms of law and reasoned public policy, providence is instead invoked as a force to protect and make amends. Two related elements define modernity for the individual in society: an infinite desire for liberty, and, in order to achieve this, self-representation as a historical actor. Human rights are all those things which can consolidate our monarchy and serve as a foundation for this country, giving Moroccans reason to be proud of their nationality, their language and their Islamic identity.
