Description	This chapter presents some of the reviews of the works of romantic women writers which were published in the New Lady's Magazine. The writers whose works were reviewed include Angelina, Rosa, Elizabeth Blower, Frances Brooke, Susanna Centlivre, Hester Chapone, and Charlotta, Constantia Grierson. Grierson was universally confessed by all who knew her, to be an excellent scholar, being not only perfectly acquainted with the Greek and Roman classics, but likewise skilled in history, divinity, philosophy, and mathematics.
