The images included were used as illustrative only of the pathology. We apologize for this and to the authors of the images that were included (Ralf Kiesslich and Mimi Canto) The confocal images herewith are from these two patients demonstrating intramucosal carcinoma and high grade dysplasia. The new images depicted for the purposes of publication do not alter the data as published. We would also like to acknowledge the collaborative assistance of Mr Peter Delaney.
