NDLI: Regiochemical Control in the Hydrostannylation of Aryl Substituted Alkynes: A Stereoselective Synthesis of Disubstituted Vinylstannanes

Description	The palladium-catalyzed stereoselective hydrostannylation of various aryl substituted alkynes 1 in THF is described. The reaction is remarkably regioselective and affords mainly to exclusively the α-isomers 2 in the case of alkynes bearing electron acceptors in para-position and ortho-substituted alkynes regardless of the electronic nature of the substituent.
