| Description | Faculty demographic and job satisfaction measures are related to perceptions of and sentiments toward collective bargaining at one institution which is unorganized but which has experienced substantial resource scarcities. A heavy majority of the respondents favored collective bargaining. This support was strongly correlated with expressed dissatisfaction and several demographic variables. |
