| Description | An investigation has been made into sporadic Salmonella infections. The most prevalent infecting organisms have been found to be Salmonella types aertrycke and thompson. Infections due to S. dublin, S. suipestifer (both European and American types) have also been encountered. The striking features of the investigation have been the number of individual cases and the lack of definite evidence of the source of infection. |
