Description	In the past few years, the automobile industry in China has been rapidly growing, which has great effect on boosting economic development in China. However, the disperse, small-scale and bad condition of automobile industry still has not been enhanced, which will seriously restrain further development of automobile industry in China. This article started out from the status quo of reconstruction and integration of automobile industry, analyzed causes for reconstruction and integration of automobile industry in China and put forward countermeasures for reconstruction and integration of automobile industry in China.
