| Abstract | • Post-pancreaticoduodenectomy hemorrhage due to arterial erosion may occur very later. • The bleeding from the gastro-duodenal artery stump masked by the left hemi-liver can go unnoticed during the diagnostic research. • A sinus between the pancreatico-jejunal anastomosis and the left hemi-liver may cause the erosion of gastro-duodenal artery stump. • Surgery is sometimes the only resort, despite its theoretical risks to stop the bleeding. |
