| Abstract | Epidermoid tumors comprise 0.2-1.8% of all central nervous system tumors. They occasionally originate in the cranium, and may grow to an enormous size without any symptom. Huge intradiploic epidermoid tumors are not frequently encountered at the occipital location. We present a huge intradiploic epidermoid tumor localized in the occipitial bone. |
