| Abstract | Prior to the 1998 Water Master Plan, the City did not have an approved Water Management & Conservation Plan. With the 1998 Water Master Plan submitted to the WRD, several water conservation measures that the City implements were described. In the 2001 Modified Water Master Plan, the City's approach to water conservation practices were described.
