Abstract	Dans la Déclaration de Paris et le Programme d’action d’Accra, les pays partenaires et les donneurs se sont engagés à évaluer conjointement la qualité des systèmes nationaux au moyen d’outils diagnostiques mis au point en commun. Ce chapitre décrit le Programme d’examen des dépenses publiques et d’évaluation de la responsabilité financière (PEFA) qui a été défini pour créer un fonds commun d’informations sur la gestion des finances publiques en vue de faciliter le dialogue sur les priorités en matière de réforme entre les parties prenantes nationales et extérieures. Ce chapitre rend compte de l’adoption de ce dispositif à l’échelle mondiale, ainsi que de l’incidence de l’évaluation des systèmes nationaux de gestion des finances publiques sur leur utilisation, avant d’exposer les défis à relever pour renforcer l’usage du PEFA.
