| Abstract | Messages essentiels : La réforme des régimes de retraite peut modifier les incitations à travailler et influer sur le moment où les travailleurs décideront de prendre leur retraite. Les mesures prises à cet effet sont notamment une réduction des taux de remplacement des retraites, un relèvement de l'âge officiel et de l'âge initial de départ à la retraite et une correction des indemnités de retraite pour départ anticipé (décote) et pour départ différé (surcote). Une plus grande flexibilité dans le cumul travail-retraite pourrait également contribuer à une plus large participation des seniors au marché du travail. Des réformes des régimes de retraite ont été entreprises dans la plupart des pays de l'OCDE, mais un certain nombre de problèmes délicats subsistent concernant l'équilibre approprié entre, d'une part, l'encouragement à un départ différé et, d'autre part, une plus grande flexibilité dans les choix de travail et de retraite. Ces problèmes amènent à s'interroger sur une conception appropriée de régimes de retraite plus proches de la neutralité actuarielle et à se demander si les pays ne devraient pas aller au-delà de la neutralité actuarielle et prendre des dispositions plus actives pour encourager les départs différés à la retraite. Enfin, tandis que l'on réforme les régimes de retraite, il est essentiel de veiller à ce que d'autres prestations sociales ne soient pas utilisées de manière injustifiée pour sortir prématurément du marché du travail. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
