| Abstract | L’Enquête de l'OCDE-CAD sur les plans prévisionnels de dépenses est le seul processus régulier qui réunit au niveau mondial, la plupart des plans de dépenses d’aides bilatérales et multilatérales, et ce, jusqu’à 3 ans à l’avance. L'enquête retrace l’aide programmable-pays (APP), un sous-ensemble de base des flux de sortie bruts de l’aide publique au développement (APD) bilatérale et multilatérales indispensable au soutien des Objectifs de développement. Seuls les donneurs qui ont accepté de rendre publics leurs plans prévisionnels de dépenses sont pris en compte dans le tableau. Ces chiffres représentent les plans futurs de l’APP des donneurs tels que communiqués à l'enquête de l'OCDE-CAD concernant les plans prévisionnels de dépenses des donneurs. Ce sont les chiffres indicatifs actuels de planification des donneurs et ils ne représentent pas des engagements fermes, mais plutôt les meilleures estimations des efforts d'aide future des donneurs. Les chiffres peuvent aussi bien comprendre les dépenses futures des projets et programmes d’aide déjà engagés ou en cours que les estimations des enveloppes totales budgétaires futures de chaque pays au cours des trois prochaines années. Les chiffres présentés pour chaque donneur devraient être considérés à titre indicatif et ne pas être mal interprétés en tant qu’obligation de quelque nature que ce soit. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
