| Abstract | Ce chapitre donne un aperçu des développements récents intervenus dans le domaine des migrations internationales dans les pays de l’OCDE. Il décrit tout d’abord la croissance des flux migratoires en 2014, en se basant sur des données préliminaires et partielles. Il analyse ensuite en détail les tendances qui prévalent en matière de migration permanente depuis le début de la crise financière jusqu’en 2013, selon les pays et par grandes catégories de migration – migration de travail, familiale, humanitaire, et migration au sein des zones de libre circulation. La migration temporaire est ensuite couverte, notamment les travailleurs saisonniers et les transferts intra-entreprises, avec une attention particulière accordée aux travailleurs détachés au sein de l’Espace économique européen (EEE). Le chapitre évoque la forte croissance du nombre de demandeurs d’asile, avant de s’intéresser à la mobilité internationale des étudiants. Le chapitre se poursuit par une brève description de la composition des flux migratoires par sexe et par pays d’origine, puis se tourne vers l’évolution de la population née à l’étranger, l’évolution des tendances des migrations nettes et l’acquisition de la nationalité dans les pays de l’OCDE. Une section plus détaillée sur la politique s’ensuit, décrivant les principaux développements récents des politiques régissant l’entrée et le séjour des ressortissants étrangers dans les pays de l’OCDE. Les révisions globales des politiques migratoires sont examinées ainsi que les changements de politiques relatives aux différentes catégories de migrants (travailleurs qualifiés et moins qualifiés, investisseurs et entrepreneurs, étudiants en mobilité internationale, migrants pour raisons familiales et migrants humanitaires). Le chapitre se termine par l’examen des développements des systèmes de gestion des permis et des procédures d’asile, suivi des mesures de contrôle et celles pour encourager le retour. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
