Abstract	La convergence du PIB par habitant a marqué le pas, bien que les résultats soient plus favorables en termes de prix courants internationaux. Récemment la croissance de la productivité s’est accélérée, en partie sous l’effet de la contraction de la construction de logements, secteur où la productivité est faible, tandis que l’utilisation de la main-d’oeuvre a baissé. Sur le marché du logement, l’exécution des contrats de location s’est améliorée et le régime fiscal applicable aux logements locatifs et aux logements occupés par leur propriétaire a été uniformisé. Des progrès ont été faits, notamment en ce qui concerne le marché du travail, mais de nouvelles réformes sont nécessaires dans les domaines suivants.
