NDLI: Quel est le temps de travail des enseignants ?

Abstract	Cet indicateur analyse le temps de travail des enseignants, c’est-à-dire leur charge d’enseignement plus le temps qu’ils consacrent aux autres tâches qui ne sont pas l’enseignement proprement dit, telles que la préparation des cours et l’évaluation des élèves. Bien que les temps de travail et d’enseignement ne déterminent qu’en partie la charge de travail réelle des enseignants, ces deux variables permettent de mieux comparer les exigences des pays envers leurs enseignants et un rapport peut donc être établi entre ces dernières et l’attraction exercée par la profession. Le temps que les enseignants passent en classe est également l’un des facteurs qui influent sur les ressources financières que les pays doivent consacrer à l’éducation.
