Abstract	Fünfzig Jahre Erfahrung bringen, ganz gleich um welches Gebiet es sich handelt, ein breites Spektrum an Erkenntnissen mit sich, die häufig durch eine pragmatische Vorgehensweise und die Anpassung an Veränderungen gewonnen wurden. Die Entwicklungszusammenarbeit bildet diesbezüglich keine Ausnahme. In den fünfzig Jahren seit der Gründung des Entwicklungsausschusses (DAC) bei der Organisation für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (OECD) haben unsere Mitglieder und Partner – die Regierungen der Geber- und Entwicklungsländer, multilaterale Organisationen, philanthropische Einrichtungen und Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft – aus ihren individuellen Erfahrungen, mehr aber noch aus ihren Interaktionen gelernt.
